One Love Reggae Sunsplash Presents: Reconciliation Live Reggae Concert in December 2022, in partnership with the National Arts Council (NAC).
The Day of Reconciliation has been created to mark the end of apartheid. The day, therefore, has been in existence since 1995. The purpose of this day was to foster unity and reconciliation across the country. Hence the Event will be held to commemorate the significance of African and Afrikaner cultures.
The open-air, family friendly, Reconciliation Live Reggae Concert , will take place in The Caledon Guesthouse (No: 49 Caledon Street) in Uitenhage on 14 December 2022,
Time 10h00 am till late and promises to be Irie Vibe with local South African talent .
The Reconciliation Live Reggae Concert will be headlined by an Awards Winning best reggae band Skank and The Roots, Daddy Spencer (CPT) and Flight Mode.
One Love Reggae Sunsplash would like to invite all their supporters to Reconciliation Live Reggae Concert.
The Festival will also be used to highlight the scourges that plaque our everyday lives; Let us fight against racism, women abuse, children abuse and xenophobic attack amongst people.
"Let us promote respect for diversity and multicultural interaction. We condemn all forms of violence and crime against our people".
